Crowned in Confidence was born from the belief that every young woman deserves more than encouragement—she deserves intentional investment. She deserves mentors who believe in her, experiences that challenge her, and a community that reminds her of who she is and who she is capable of becoming. We believe that confidence is not something a young woman is simply given. It is built through character, courage, leadership, meaningful relationships, and purposeful experiences. That's why we created more than a program. We created a journey of becoming.

The 2027–2028 cohort will be the first class in Crowned in Confidence history — the girls who set the standard for every class that follows.

Cost to a Girl Who Cannot Pay
No girl will ever be turned away because of financial circumstances. Scholarships are available — no paperwork, no proof of hardship required.

Crowned in Confidence was built with intentionality and elegance — with the belief that every young woman deserves to be seen, heard, challenged, and reminded of her worth.
Born from the conviction that too many girls are navigating adolescence without the mentorship, life skills, meaningful relationships, and opportunities they need to discover who they are and who they are capable of becoming.
We knew there had to be something more. Not just another program. Not just another workshop. But a place where young women could grow in character, build lasting confidence, discover their purpose, and experience the kind of sisterhood that stays with them long after the journey ends.
What began as one woman's vision has grown into a leadership and character academy built to prepare the next generation of compassionate, confident, and purpose-driven women. Because our Crown Girls don't just simply attend workshops... they embark on a journey of Becoming.

The Crown Merits
The Character She Carries
Each of the 10 Pillars corresponds to a Crown Merit. While the 10 Pillars define what we teach, the 10 Crown Merits define who she is becoming. These are the traits every Crown Girl develops throughout her journey. Each Crown Girl will have the chance to earn her Crown Merits through the following ways:
